Tour Plans
Arrive at Jai Prakash International Airport, Patna. Our representative will greet you at the Airport and arrange for transfer to the hotel. Check-in the hotel. Freshen up and proceed for sightseeing. Visit Bihar Museum, (don’t miss the 2nd Century B.C stone statue of Didarganj Yakshi with a smooth Mauryan polish). Proceed to Golghar, the historical monument built by the British. Also, see a 20 min Laser Show on the history of Golghar(subject to operations due to covid restrictions). Visit the house of the first president of India, Dr Rajendra Prasad now turned into a museum known as Rajendra Smriti Sanghrahalay.. En route, see Sabhyata Dwar, Kargil Chowk and Gandhi Maidan. Visit Buddha Smriti Park in the evening and watch the laser show. Take an evening walk at the Ganga Riverfront and be a part of Ganga Aarti, if time permits (Ganga Aarti happens on every Sat/Sun during evening). Return to hotel. Overnight stay at Patna.
Early morning, after breakfast leave for Vaishali (65 kms). Visit Hariharnath Temple on the way to Vaishali, the place where the world famous Sonepur fair is held every year. Proceed to see the Vishwa Shanti Stupa, the symbol of peace built by a Japanese Buddhist Association. It is one of the 80 Stupas across the World. Head towards Buddha’s Relic Stupa and Abhishek
Pushkarni and then visit the famous Ashoka pillar. Have Lunch. After returning to Patna, visit Patna Sahib Gurudwara. See the laser show at Mangal Talab near Gurudwara. Return to the hotel. Overnight stay at Patna

Day 03: Bodh Gaya
Early morning, after breakfast, leave for Bodh Gaya (110 kms). Bodh Gaya is 5-6 hours’ drive from Patna depending on the traffic conditions. Check-in the hotel. Have lunch. Visit Mahabodhi Temple and nearby monasteries. (walking or e-rickshaw, as cabs are not allowed around the main temple) and stupas. See the 80 ft great Buddha Statue. Take a visit to the Sujata Stupa. Return to the hotel. Overnight stay at Bodh Gaya.

Take a skywalk across the Glass bridge on the way to Rajgir. Take a ropeway ride to Vishwa Shanti Stupa. Trek down 1 k-m to see the Griddhakuta hill, where Lord Buddha gave his sermons. Visit Swarna Bhandar Cave, Maniyar Math and Bimbisar Jail. Take a Tanga ride to Ghora Katora lake. Overnight stay at Rajgir hotel.
Early morning after breakfast, check-out from the hotel. See the ruins of Nalanda University, Hieun Tsang memorial and Kundalpur Jain Temple. Head toward Patna. On your return journey, visit Jalmandir at Pawapuri, where Lord Mahavir attained Nirvana. Return to Patna. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Drop at Jayaprakash International Airport / Railway station. Depart for home with good memories.
